Dr. Sheila Grant Recognized for NAI Fellowship at MU Reception
She will be officially inducted on April 5, 2018

On Monday, during a reception at the MU College of Engineering, Dr. Sheila Grant was recognized by the MU community for being named a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI) for 2018.
Dr. Grant, associate dean for research at the MU College of Engineering and professor of bioengineering, was elected as an NAI Fellow for her patents and licensing achievements in the area of optical biosensors and biomaterials used in healthcare diagnosis and treatment.
She will be officially inducted on April 5, 2018 as part of the Seventh Annual NAI Conference in Washington, D.C.
